Preventative Maintenance, Repair Services and Extended Warranty/Service Contract
Bi Optic Inc Field Service Engineers (FSE) are certified and licensed
by Olympus & Nikon to install, repair, and optimize Microscope
systems at your facility. You may send your core microscope and/or
related components to Bi Optic Inc for In-house repair, or you can
schedule a service date for on-site service at your facility. (not all
repairs can be done on-site)
Preventative Maintenance – Ensure your system performance is optimized and meets specifications.
We recommend annual Preventative Maintenance for your microscopes.
Our Field Service Engineers and Authorized Service Technicians are
trained to service your system. During the annual visit, the Bi Optic
Inc service personnel will perform alignment, calibration, cleaning, and
any authorized repairs to optimize your system. Annual maintenance
visits can minimize system failure, reduce repair expenses, and maximize
